Mandi Lynn started writing her first book, Essence, in 8th grade and now in the high school class of 2014, plans on working hard to get it published. Lynn goes to a vocational school where she takes cosmetology, but wants to pursue her career in writing by majoring the field in college. In-between writing she has also started making a series of videos on YouTube called YA Ink; advice aimed towards other teen writers. Lynn aims high and works hard for the hope of one day seeing her book in stores.
